WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

• Ensure that proposals are written in a timely manner in line with our bid management workflow
• Continuously improve the business development process bringing in best practice and educating all stakeholders involved.
• Compose summaries of complex data for presentation to the executive team in strategic review meetings.
• Develop win themes, engaging content and develop successful proposals to ensure success at winning work.
• Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting all verticals in the UK and Global market.
• Build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets and ensure KPIs are met.
• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of products by working closely with in-house trainers, presales, management.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading competitive bid processes and capturing strategic opportunities.
• Excellent skill at analysing RFPs to identify key customer needs and developing winning proposals that showcases the company’s capabilities.
• Excellent ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to put forth the company’s best value proposition aligned to prospective clients’ priorities.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong research capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with the software development industry and understanding of client needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
