Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and appointments for team members.
  • Handling email correspondence and responding to inquiries.
  • Conducting online research and compiling information.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
  • Assisting with social media management and content creation.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
  • Availability during regular business hours.
